It's an AI assistant
The chat assistant is AI, not a person. It will tell you it's an AI assistant if you ask.
It answers from approved info
It answers from information the business has approved, like services, prices, hours and policies. If it doesn't know something, it should say so and offer to take your contact info instead of guessing.
It may make mistakes
AI can get things wrong. Please double-check anything important with the business directly. The assistant's answers are not professional advice.
How chats are used
Chats are stored for up to 90 days to improve answers and to send leads to the business, then deleted automatically. We store what you type and the assistant's replies, not your IP address or device details. If you share your name, email or phone number and ask to be contacted, it's sent to the business so they can follow up with you. Chat messages are processed by AI providers to generate replies.
Don't share sensitive info
Please don't share payment card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, health details or other sensitive information in the chat.
