These terms cover the services provided by FloxCall ("FloxCall", "we", "us") and your use of this website. Clients may also sign a written agreement, and if it conflicts with this page, the written agreement wins.
Our services
FloxCall designs, builds and manages websites for local businesses. Each website includes a built-in AI chat assistant, online booking through the client's calendar, a contact form, basic local SEO and a connected Google Business Profile. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States, remotely. Optional add-ons are listed on our pricing section.
Payment terms
- Website build: $799. 50% ($400) is due to start. The other $399 is due at launch, before the site goes live on your domain.
- Care Plan: $99 per month, billed in advance. It has a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month.
- Hosting Only: $25 per month, billed in advance. Available after the 3-month Care Plan minimum. Edits on Hosting Only are $50 per hour or quoted up front.
- Domain registration (about $15 per year) is billed at cost.
- Add-ons and extra work are billed at the prices shown on our pricing section, or as quoted up front.
Plan changes
- After the 3-month minimum, the Care Plan continues month-to-month until you cancel or switch.
- You can switch from the Care Plan to Hosting Only by email once the minimum is complete. The change starts with your next billing month.
- Hosting Only includes website hosting, SSL security, backups, and keeping your domain connected. It does not include the AI chat assistant, online booking setup, monthly edits, or chat and booking summaries.
- You can switch back to the full Care Plan anytime. The chat assistant and booking are turned back on when you do.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy in the first 30 days, email us and we'll refund the monthly Care Plan fees you paid in that time. The guarantee applies to monthly Care Plan fees only. It does not cover the build fee once work has started.
Ownership
- Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and you always keep it.
- Your website files are yours.
- Your business content, logo, photos and customer information always belong to you. We keep the right to reuse our own general tools, code and templates.
The AI chat assistant
The assistant answers from information you approve, but AI may make mistakes or give incomplete answers. Its answers are not professional advice. You're responsible for checking that the information you give us is accurate and for reviewing the bookings and leads it sends you.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, services, prices and hours.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, photos or logos you send us.
- Use the website and assistant in line with the laws that apply to your business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FloxCall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] with 30 days' notice, once the 3-month Care Plan minimum is complete. Hosting Only can also be cancelled anytime by email with 30 days' notice.
- When the Care Plan ends, the AI chat assistant and booking setup are turned off, since they run on our systems.
- When the Care Plan ends, you can stay on the Care Plan, switch to Hosting Only ($25 per month), or take your files and domain and host anywhere.
Domain transfer
You always keep your domain. If you leave, we transfer it to your own account with a registrar of your choice. We'll send the transfer code and help with the steps.
Website file handoff
If you cancel completely, we send you a copy of your website files so you can host them anywhere. The copy does not include the AI chat assistant or booking setup, since they run on our systems.
Using this website
Please don't misuse this site or the chat assistant, try to break them, or copy our content or logo without permission. The site is provided "as is".
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
